Design Rationale:

The login page is for members of H&M. With the consideration of Personalized Customer Service. So data is recognized everytime they log in with their profile which allows faster and more freedom when comes to shopping at H&M.

The Avatar page, is a mannequin which allows user to enter their dimensions for different part of their bodies, based on these measurements they have provided, it links to the VR Mirror, which allows them to try on different clothings with just interacting with the mirror.

The product page just shows the different varieties of clothings, this is actually link to the next page.

Instead of using the AR Camera function on my sketches, I decided to change it to the layout stimulation. So basically it allows the user to see the where the product that they wish to find is located at in the map with real-world actual layout of a H&M outlet. It also provides directions from the current point which allows easy wayfinding towards the location which after the person has selected the product on the previous page.

The QR code scanner is linked to the VR mirror. What it does is that it links the measurement of the avatar to the VR Mirror when users scan it, also there will be different QR codes on different products while users are browsing they can scan it, and add it onto their list.

The Cart Page actually shows the products where users have added to their list. It helps the user to add into a digital cart, where they don’t have to carry the items themselves while continuing to browse around.

From the checkout page, it shows this page after user pressed checkout. It allows them to pickup the item at the cashier, with the option of skipping the queue if they are going cashless. This ensures fast and shorter timing of shopping spent.

The wishlist page allows users of Smart H&M to search for images within the H&M products as well as online. Based on their selection (If online) H&M will recommend similar style of clothings to users. Users will have the option of adding it to list. This leads to them going down to the store, and the staff could prepare the different clothings in the fitting room for the person to try.
